Hey, it’s Kate! I’ve been passionate about hair coloring for 10+ years! I love transforming hair and leaving my clients feeling beautiful. Particularly, I have a specialty for balayages and red transformations that truly make you stand out and radiate with confidence! My journey started at Jean Madeline cosmetology school, then continued my education at Redken Exchange, also delved into various color classes and symposiums, working with the latest trends. On my off time you can find me poolside with a drink in my hand, soaking up the sun. I enjoy spending time with family and my beautiful daughter, who is the absolute light of my life. Hello, I’m Stacy. I decided to become a hair colorist because I thrive on the energy of the salon and love having a creative outlet that brings people joy. There’s nothing better than making someone feel confident and beautiful- and doing it through color is my passion. Highlights and balayages are my favorite techniques, but truthfully, I love every aspect of color. To me, color should be fun. The right shade can completely shift your mood and energy, and I love being part of that transformation. With nearly 30 years of experience, I have a sharp eye for how to elevate someone’s look. I can see the potential in their hair and know how to bring it to life. Outside of the salon, I spend time with my family and explore other passions- I’m certified in reiki, tarot, and astrology. Many of my clients love chatting about their charts while we work on their hair. It all ties back to energy, beauty, and connection.

Hi, My name is Gia. I was inspired to become a hairstylist by the transformative power of hair and how it can boost confidence. Each service allows for creativity and personalization, making every client feel unique. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, especially my three children. What’s up, I’m Vinnie and ever since I can remember, I’ve always liked getting my haircut. The sights and sounds of a barber shop always interest me. What I love the most about my career is helping people look their best. Whether it’s a new look or keeping their signature style fresh, it’s always rewarding to have a satisfied client. Working in a salon atmosphere has significantly contributed to being a more well rounded barber. I believe it has helped me refine my skills with longer hairstyles and scissor techniques. Despite my proficiency in various styles, my utmost love lies in the art of fades, particularly skin fades and low tapers. When you pair a well executed fade with a technically precise scissor cut, the result is always a timeless look that speaks volumes. Outside of Salon Norman Dee I love to spend time with my family and travel as much as possible. I am most known for my bubbly personality and love for building lasting client relationships. I strive to make every appointment like I am catching up with my girlfriend because that’s how I feel. It’s truly about connecting with people and making them feel beautiful and heard! I was first starstruck by this industry as a child when I was a client at Salon Norman Dee. I just loved the atmosphere and remember all the fun chats I would have with my stylist. It feels like a full circle accomplishment. Over the 10 years I have become certified in tape in and weft extensions and keratin treatments. I have also furthered my education at the Redken Exchange in New York as well as many other haircut and styling classes. My specialties include long hair cuts/blow outs, formal event hair, and extensions. I definitely would say hair is a big hobby of mine but when I am not at the salon I enjoy time with my husband and my beautiful daughter, and on some weekends I love going out with my friends.
