Hey, it’s Kerri! I have dedicated over 20 years of my life to being a valued member of the Salon Norman Dee team, where I have truly honed my skills as a professional makeup artist. My passion comes from seeing clients’ confidence and reaction to their reflection. My makeup has even caught the attention of the TLC network, where my talent was showcased on The Makeover Story. I also do eyelash sets and full body waxing services in addition to makeup application. The relationships I have built with my clients go beyond just providing a service; it is about creating a personal experience that leaves a lasting impact. I am inspired by the world of beauty and continue to learn new techniques to ensure that I can offer my clients the best possible service.

Giana Reithmeier

Hi, I’m Giana! I am enthusiastic about helping others tune into their artistic side and feel true to themselves through the art of hair. I thrive on doing vivids, color blocking, creative color patterns, and balayages. I have honed my colorist skills by completing various instructional classes, via Pulp Riot, Wella, and other professional color educators. Beyond the salon you can find me indulging in hobbies that fuel my creativity such as writing, playing music, bodypainting, and a plethora of other interests. Hey, it’s Kate! I’ve been passionate about hair coloring for 10+ years! I love transforming hair and leaving my clients feeling beautiful. Particularly, I have a specialty for balayages and red transformations that truly make you stand out and radiate with confidence! My journey started at Jean Madeline cosmetology school, then continued my education at Redken Exchange, also delved into various color classes and symposiums, working with the latest trends. On my off time you can find me poolside with a drink in my hand, soaking up the sun. I enjoy spending time with family and my beautiful daughter, who is the absolute light of my life. Can’t wait to meet you in my chair to bring those hair dreams to life!

Stacy Walsh

Hello, I’m Stacy. I decided to become a hair colorist because I thrive on the energy of the salon and love having a creative outlet that brings people joy. There’s nothing better than making someone feel confident and beautiful- and doing it through color is my passion. Highlights and balayages are my favorite techniques, but truthfully, I love every aspect of color. To me, color should be fun. The right shade can completely shift your mood and energy, and I love being part of that transformation. With nearly 30 years of experience, I have a sharp eye for how to elevate someone’s look. I can see the potential in their hair and know how to bring it to life. Outside of the salon, I spend time with my family and explore other passions- I’m certified in reiki, tarot, and astrology. Many of my clients love chatting about their charts while we work on their hair. It all ties back to energy, beauty, and connection.

Hi, My name is Gia. I was inspired to become a hairstylist by the transformative power of hair and how it can boost confidence. I love the creativity involved in the craft, allowing me to express myself while helping others feel their best. Each client brings a unique story, and being part of their journey is incredibly rewarding. What I love most about it is the relationships that form with clients and using my craft to bring their vision to reality. I do offer a variety of looks to create, but the color services that really stand out are sun kissed balayages, vibrant fashion colors for those looking to make a bold statement, and intricate highlights for added dimension. Each service allows for creativity and personalization, making every client feel unique. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, especially my three children. My kids play sports and keep me busy all of the time. I am always on the go! I also enjoy reading in my spare time and I love to talk about the books that I have read.

Hi, Terry here. I decided I wanted to be a hair colorist because I found it fascinating that you could change someone’s complete appearance in just a matter of hours. Whether it be concealing grey hairs, adding a bold pop of color, creating natural-looking highlights, or corrective color projects. Working with clients to bring their hair color dreams to life and the entire creative process it takes brings me so much joy on a daily basis. Despite having attended numerous shows and classes over the years, I remain committed to improvement, eagerly embracing every opportunity to enhance my expertise in this industry.

This salon has been my foundation, and it is where I refined my craft and found my true passion for helping people look and feel their best. I’m beyond excited to take the next step in my journey by becoming the proud owner of the very salon I’ve worked at for so many years. Hello, I’m Patricia my favorite thing about the industry is that it is ever changing and having the ability to transform someone’s appearance. I enjoy learning new things and the latest trends, which has led me to pursue advanced training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London and California, along with various New York City classes such as Bumble and Bumble. My expertise and dedication have been recognized in the Modern Salon Magazine as well as National magazines for celebrity hairstyling. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, planting in my garden, yoga practices and spending time with my family and friends. I take pride in being multifaceted, I love that I have the ability to take my clients from start to finish. I can educate my client on how to achieve and maintain their hair goals.

What’s up, I’m Vinnie and ever since I can remember, I’ve always liked getting my haircut. The sights and sounds of a barber shop always interest me. What I love the most about my career is helping people look their best. Whether it’s a new look or keeping their signature style fresh, it’s always rewarding to have a satisfied client. Working in a salon atmosphere has significantly contributed to being a more well rounded barber. I believe it has helped me refine my skills with longer hairstyles and scissor techniques. Despite my proficiency in various styles, my utmost love lies in the art of fades, particularly skin fades and low tapers. When you pair a well executed fade with a technically precise scissor cut, the result is always a timeless look that speaks volumes. Outside of Salon Norman Dee I love to spend time with my family and travel as much as possible. One quote that definitely applies to my situation states “Love what you do and you’ll never work a day in your life”.

Hey, my name is Carissa, and what inspired me to become a hairstylist is through my deep-rooted appreciation for everything related to beauty. Embarking on this career path was natural for me as my passion is to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, whether it’s through styling hair or perfecting makeup techniques. There’s something about creating those big, bouncy blowouts on long hair and bronzed, radiant makeup looks that give a beachy vibe. When I’m not in the salon, I am cherishing moments with my daughter, close friends, and beloved family members. My dogs and cats also hold a special place in my heart. Trying different drinks and foods out in town is another favorite thing of mine. I had an amazing opportunity to train with Redken in the city of New York as well as become certified in keratin treatments.

Hello, It’s Zen! I’ve always cherished art and the creativity it allows; however, it was when I embarked on my hairstyling journey at the age of 23 that I truly found my calling. The joy of transforming someone’s look and witnessing their happiness as they fall in love with their new hairstyle is a feeling like no other. I hold not only a cosmetology license in the United States but also in the Philippines, my home country. Through my work, I have not only grown as an artist but also as an individual. The beauty of this industry is that most days do not feel like work at all, it’s an enjoyable experience that allows me to live my dream! Among the services I offer, I’m fond of formal styles and perm treatments, they showcase my artistic flair and expertise. I remember sitting in salon chairs with my mom and obsessing over every makeover show on TV. I’ve always been drawn to the magic of hair transformations. Whether I’m giving a kid their first haircut, transforming texture with keratin treatments, or adding length and volume with extensions, I’m all about creating styles that make my clients feel their best.my favorite part of the job? Keratin treatments and blowouts because nothing beats turning your hair into something smooth, shiny, and stunning while you kick back and relax. I’m Certified in Hot Heads, Hairtalk, and Babe extensions, Vidal Sassoon ABC cutting, Olaplex and Lasio Keratin. Plus many more to come! Hey, Im Nicolette! Your go to girl for beautiful haircuts, bridal hair, extensions, and therapy sessions. I am a hairstylist that truly believes great hair starts with great conversations. I am most known for my bubbly personality and love for building lasting client relationships. I strive to make every appointment like I am catching up with my girlfriend because that’s how I feel. It’s truly about connecting with people and making them feel beautiful and heard! I was first starstruck by this industry as a child when I was a client at Salon Norman Dee. I just loved the atmosphere and remember all the fun chats I would have with my stylist. It feels like a full circle accomplishment. Over the 10 years I have become certified in tape in and weft extensions and keratin treatments. I have also furthered my education at the Redken Exchange in New York as well as many other haircut and styling classes. My specialties include long hair cuts/blow outs, formal event hair, and extensions. I definitely would say hair is a big hobby of mine but when I am not at the salon I enjoy time with my husband and my beautiful daughter, and on some weekends I love going out with my friends. When I’m not working I love spending quality time with my family, enjoying the outdoors biking or walking, trying new recipes, and relaxing on the beach.

The connection I have with them is something quite special. Out of the many services I provide, I enjoy cutting short hair cuts and take pleasure in working with curly hair since I have curls myself, allowing me to relate and understand the unique needs of those with curls. When I’m not at the salon, I enjoy working outside in my garden, vacationing at the beach, and socializing over meals and drinks with friends.
