Same Day Cancellation

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All clients that do not give at least 24 hour cancellation notice to the assigned appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services. Every client is important to us, and we understand unexpected things may come up that cause you to miss your appointment. We thank you kindly for understanding.

No Show No Call

All appointments that are deemed to be a no show no call situation will be subject to a 100% charge for the scheduled services. This includes excessive lateness to the same day appointment along with a no call response in that time frame.

Late Arrivals

Please note we do allow a 15 minute grace window for lateness. In the case that you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment time, that appointment will be rescheduled if the service can not be completed in the remaining time frame. Your appointment time will be treated as a missed appointment and subject to the 50% fee.

Product Return

Within 7 days of purchasing a product, to which you are not satisfied with, you are able to exchange it for a different product of your choosing.

Service Deposits

Appointments greater than $200.00 total will require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. All deposits will be refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time. If you decide to cancel less than the 48 hour time frame the deposit will be non refundable.

Gratuity

We are deeply grateful for the token of appreciation shown by our clients. Gratuity is cash only, we do not accept or automatically tip out via card payments.

Loving your hair is extremely important to us, we do not offer refunds but in the event you are not 100% satisfied please reach out to the salon within 7 days after the service was performed. SND will be happy to make any cut or color adjustments as needed. If you decide to take your hair color/cut in a different direction than discussed in consultation we will be happy to do so for regular service prices. We do not guarantee vivid/fashion colors as they naturally fade much sooner.
