At Salon NormanDee we utilize a stylist/colorist level system. These levels reflect the staff’s experience and skill level, with level 1 being newer to the profession and level 4 having extensive expertise. Further details about the level system will be provided with the service pricing.
Level 1 Services & Pricing
Has graduated cosmetology school and is now licensed in Pennsylvania. They are gaining and developing the skills necessary to deliver quality services to offer the clients of SND. Level 1 staff are only accepting model services until promoted to level 2.

Level 2 Services & Pricing
They have chosen to join Salon NormanDee early on in their career and will continue to grow and develop with our team. They are well versed in select services and can seek collaboration with our higher leveled staff for more advanced services. With a minimum experience of one year behind the chair, they are striving to perfect their skills each and every day. Those in search for a stylist/colorist in a more cost effective price point, a level 2 staff member may just be the one for you.

Once a SND member has accumulated a minimum of three years of skills through education and experience behind the chair they are now promoted to level 3 and are well equipped to help with any customized coloring or cutting services. These staff members have a more advanced list of services and begin to partake in an honored pricing list.
